Emili is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter who is based in New Haven, CT. After receiving the third place on Chinese Idol at the age of 15, Emili started writing her own music to express herself in a more unique way. She is a current sophomore at Yale, studying Cognitive Science. However, she considers herself really majoring in extracurriculars. She spends most of her time writing music and singing covers. Her biggest inspirations are Norah Jones, Ingrid Michaelson, Adele, and Sara Bareilles.
